Who: Arria Minor (CO)
Why: Denver East's (CO) Arria Minor is the best 400m runner in the nation this year. She's the only girl to run sub-53 seconds with her 51.92 from the Colorado State Track and Field Championships. She's seeded almost two seconds ahead of the rest of the field; watch for her to put on a show in her marquee event. She was the champion last year the 400 and will be looking to reclaim that title.
