Devin Duran - Boerne Champion
This is the year for the Boerne Champion boys and it's going to be even bigger for senior Devin Duran. He was consistent and huge for the Chargers last season; look for him to take the next step in 2020.
Duran came up big in the big meets for Champion last year with at 10th place finish at the MileSplit TX XC Invitational, 44th at the McNeil Invite, 22nd at the UIL Region 4 XC Championships, and 28th at the UIL State Cross Country Championships.
On the track, he went 2:03.10, 4:27.32, and 9:50.65 outdoors with a 9:55.46 indoors for five PRs. If Duran can get hot on the courses like he did on the tracks, he could be dangerous this fall.
