One of two teams to capture both boys and girls TAPPS State TF titles (Houston Cypress Christian), the Rosehill Christian boys slipped by with a 2-point victory while the girls squad could rest easy after the 200s.
Buoyed by four fabulous athletes, each squad displayed beautiful balance, the boys scoring in 9 events and the girls in 10, each only running 1 relay, the 4x400.
Jonathan Vuong captured the 1600 and 3200 and South Dakota School of Mines football signee Jackson Busch won both throws. Super sophomores Kaleigh Frazier and Mercy Freeman combined for 8 golds, 3 and 5 respectively.
