Schedule:
Coaches meeting will start at 4:30 pm. The first race will start at 5:00pm and all other races will be on a timed schedule in the following order. We will try to stick to this schedule in the interest of allowing the varsity kids to run in the least amount of heat. We will be adding Water features over the course to help with the heat.
5:00pm-----Freshman Boys (2 X 1600m) Unlimited
5:30pm-----JV Girls (2 X 1600m) Unlimited
6:00pm-----JV Boys (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
6:30pm-----Varsity Boys (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
7:00pm-----Varsity Girls (2 X 3200m) Unlimited
Awards & Results:
The 10 fastest relays will receive individual medals in each division. Plaques will be awarded to the Team Champion in all divisions. A total of 3 relay teams (6 runners) will be considered for team scoring, using traditional XC scoring, only with 3 instead of 5. You may enter an unlimited number of relay teams, and they will be counted as displacers. Results will be done using RaceTab Software, and will be emailed out, and posted on line after the meet.
