Race Site: Campion Trail / Polo Field / Spring Trail Park
Adjacent to the Las Colinas Equestrian Center
Buses enter The Equestrian Center from Royal Lane. There will be a drop off area. Buses will park in the designated bus parking area.
Everyone else will park in the North Hills Prep School parking lot which is just west of course. Parking Volunteers will be there to assist. The address to North Hills Prep is 606 E Royal Lane, Irving
Divisions:
3,200 Varsity Girls (maximum of 7 runners)
3,200 Junior Varsity Girls (no limit)
5K Varsity Boys (maximum of 7 runners)
5K Junior Varsity Boys (no limit)
Middle School Boys (no limit)
Middle School Girls (no limit)
Divisions may be combined or altered if numbers warrant.

7:00 am Check-in begins
Rolling schedule. Times are approximate.
8:00 3200M Varsity Girls
8:25 5K Varsity Boys
8:55 3200M Junior Varsity Girls
9:20 5K Junior Varsity Boys
9:50 Middle School Girls
10:25 Middle School Boys
Awards:
Awards to the top team in each division. Custom medals to top 15 runners in each division.

Individual $25.00
$100.00 per Varsity team (7 members)
$ 100.00 per Junior Varsity team (no limit)
$ 50.00 per Middle School team (boys and girls = 2 teams)
$ 400.00 - maximum per school

All entries will be done online through athletic.net. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, September 23th.
We will not take any walk up teams. We will close divisions as they fill up.
