The team is made up of alot of overachievers working hard. A few standout are:
Desiree Anderson: Long Jump 19'6 1/4", Triple Jump-37'11", 100-12.44, 200-25.83, Mile relay split 58.88
Desiree is starting to train with a college work out and is looking really good. She is more focused and is really watching nutrition and recovery.
Desiree is being recruted by Texas Tech, TCU, Oklahoma State, Texas State, Army, Navy, UTSA, Baylor and others.
She is a great kid that is involved in Volleyball,Cheerleading,Band and Track.
With her improved work ethic she will post some great marks next year in field events and running times.

Bridget Tuitt: High Jump-5'2", Long Jump-18'8", Triple Jump-37'6", 100-12.32, 200-24.46, Mile Relay Split-57.65
Bridget is a great leg on any relay. She has run a 23.89 open split on the first leg of the 4x200.

4x200 went 1:41.65
4x100 went 48.30
These relays look really good. We did not lose anybody to graduation. There will be a battle for the two final spots with two freshman entering from Junior High that can flat run and work hard.(Danisha McGee and Darshay Vandervilt)
The goals for 2011 are very high and summer track is really helping those goals.

The team is young and add alot of speed next year with a couple of speedster coming out of junior high.
