| Aldaco's Forecast | ||
| SFA has had a lot of success in the Southland Conference. They have won 6 team titles and | ||
| seven individual champions over the last 10 years in the Men and Women's program. | ||
| They had some big losses with 2 time conference champ Lauren Smith and the top male | ||
| last year Xavier Rodriguez. Both programs had big talented recruiting classes with should help with | ||
| team depth. Both teams will have to rely on FR this year If they are going to challenge | ||
| for another Southland Conference Title. SFA has had a lot of success in the past of getting | ||
| recruits from smaller programs and developing them into contenders. It takes time | ||
| to develop that talent. The jump on the Men's side to 8k is huge. It takes many | ||
| miles in the tank in order to be fit enough to compete at a DI level. It should be interesting | ||
| to see how this class develops in the future. | ||
