2. Hebron to Nationals!
Hebron did what most people thought was almost impossible. They got 4th at the Region I-5A meet just one place from earning a state meet birth. They came back 21 days later and placed second at Nike South which qualified them for the coveted spot to the Nike National Meet in Portland. Great coaching job to convince these kids they still had a shot to qualify after a disappointing result at Region. Great to see the athletes believe in themselves enough to come back and run so well at Nike South. A great performance all around that we probably won't for a long time.
