Girls 3200m
Breakdown: Similar to the early distance races, it appeared as if the underclassmen would take another win as a small group of 3 separated themselves from the pack, openeing a gap on the rest of the field as they set a pace no one else could keep up with. It the back half of the race, Nikita Prasad's experience was clear as she calmly ran her own race and gradually moved her way up to the lead group then took control to win in 11:12. Great finish from Klein Oak freshman Burrow who tried to chase down Prasad in the final lap. Shoutout to Tyra Luong who finished 5th in both the 1600m&3200m.
