#20: Madison Acosta - The Colony
Only a sophomore, Madison Acosta is already one of the best in the state of Texas. She had an impressive freshman campaign in both cross country and on the track. Her XC 5K PR is 18:37, which she ran at the McNeil Invitational. She also recorded a 16th place finished at the 5A State Meet and 5th in the Open race at NXN South. Acosta had an impressive double at the 5A state track meet placing 5th in the 1600m and 3rd in the 3200m. With her first full year of high school done, Acosta could have a breakout season this fall.
