This region is stacked for the girls. Not only do we have many returners from last year but we have a 4A state champ in Ashley Isham. We have 5 girls that ran at least 11:00 on the track in this region. It should be interesting to see who comes out on top, The teams are very strong also with at least 4 having a realistic chance at being the champ. This was a hard region to forecast because there are some unknowns about defending champ The Woodlands College Park and a solid Cypress Woods team.
