REED BROWN
Reed Brown of Southlake Carroll is another that has to be considered a favorite to win any race. Brown has won every race this year except for a third place finish at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic, in Norco, California, where he dropped a 14:11.70 3mile, back in September. Brown has competed in some very big races and against some top competition in his career and is definitely poised to win the individual State crown.
