Raevyn Rogers Interviews after the 800m prelims at the NCAA Outdoor Nationals
Oregon's Raevyn Rogers is a Texan through and through. Born and raised in Houston, Rogers went to high school at Houston Kinkaid where she played volleyball and of course ran track. Rogers also ran with the Houston area youth club, The Wings Track Club.
Rogers will be making an attempt at another NCAA 800m title. In March, she defended her NCAAA Indoor 800m title and is now in search for an outdoor 3-peat.
In what will no doubt be a tough feat to accomplish, Rogers has already knocked down some big barriers along the way.
