Last season, Friday Night Lights was cancelled due to taking safety precautions for what was predicted to come from Hurricane Harvey.
A year later, and now the meet is on once again....and it just might be better than ever!
This year's line up of teams will cover a lot of south, central, and southeast Texas areas. Boys and girls teams from Austin, San Antonio, and the Dallas Metroplex will travel to The Woodlands, Texas to compete at the famous Friday Night Lights meet. To go along with the many teams that will travel fornconsiderate distances will be teams from all over the Houston area. That includes teams from as far north as the Woodlands and Cypress areas to as far south as League City and from as far west as Katy to the far east of town as Mont Belview Barbers Hill and all points in between.
The Woodlands girls head coach Noel Hanson, his staff, and the community have really put impressive efforts into bringing back an outstanding and competitive meet after it's one year hiatus.
