19. Ibrahim Bangura (T.C. Williams)
Ibrahim Bangura had a huge year last year. He went from 10.82 to 10.55 in the 100 year over year and we are expecting even more speed this year. He is the defending Class 6 100m and 55m state champion and with a personal best of 6.43 in the 55m he is putting himself in contention to make the national championship final.
Not to forget he is also an integral leg on the very fast TC Williams 4x2 relay.
