Tomorrow near mid afternoon we will see the UIL 4A girls battle it out on the possibly muddy Old Settlers Park course.

Will that have an effect on the runner's performance consequentially affecting the individual and team results? Who knows, be will soon find out.

The season stats tell us how things could look though barring any variable effects. The Canyon girls look to add their third straight state championship. While it would just be their second straight 4A cross country title, last spring's track title will make three.
