Just a few weeks ago, we saw Dylan Sequeira run a 1600m time trial; that resulted in a new personal best 4:19. Now, the Magnolia distance runner has upped the distance but he continues to drop his times. Here, you can see Sequeira post his best 3200m effort as the clock read 9:26 for the eight lap effort.
In what would have been the close of his junior season, Sequeira continues to put himself in position for a good senior season and climbs the recruiting conversation for the upcoming senior class. With the start of cross country being very important for the class of 2021, distance runners are hoping to grab the attention of college coaches. The three time state meet qualifier, Sequeira definitely looks to be setting himself up for a good senior year.
