State Meet Results Merge

2020 UIL 6A Boys State Championship race

All season long, across the entire state, athletes have been running on different course types, course distances, and in different conditions. That makes it a little difficult to analyze who is really running the best.

The results merge is a cool thing to do to figure out who ran the fastest times on the same course. With the covering two day time span, the variables of which day, time of day, and competition level doesn't allow he analysis to be as simple as looking at the times, but the merge does give some insight.

Take note of the freshmen who ran excellent times and even the ones who won their division or placed in the top 10. Also, although the 5A championships were still in the late afternoon of the first afternoon, several 5A athletes still managed to run some fast times.
