Athletes compete at the 2021 North Texas Winter 1600m

The North Texas 1600m is on it's third year of existence and it gives the middle distance and distance runners a chance to take advantage of their training and shoot for a personal best time at the end of the season. This year's race will once again be in Southlake, Texas and on May  1, 2021.

Earlier this season, we have already seen the North Texas Winter 800m/3200m, North Texas Winter 1600m North Texas 3,200m, and the Texas Distance Festival, where each event resulted in several exciting races and tons of PRs for athletes.

For all athletes who did not make it beyond the qualifying rounds and continued to train and for any athlete who wants  a tune up before the UIL state meet, this could be a good opportunity.
