Girls compete in the Region 3-5A 4x100 relay

The action in Humble was absolutely fantastic; there were a lot of highs, some surprises, and some lows. We were on site for them all.
Some of the highlights were the four boys teams who ran under 41.0 in the 4x100 relay, the fast 6A girls 400m performances, Eric Hemphill and Cameron Chin running 47s in the 5A boys 400m, and Darius Rainey with a 1:51 performance in the 800m.
On the flip side, there were hundreds of state meet hopefuls that unfortunately didn't advance. There were also some heavy state meet favorites like the Fort Bend Marshall boys 4x100 relay who dropped the baton at the last exchange and Camryn Dickson who false started in the 6A girls 100m.
