The FEAST Patriot Invitational is synonymous with fast times. This will no doubt be the fastest time of kid's seasons and possibly their lives.
It will be hard to gage how good of shape kids and teams are actually in based on the results, but going head to head will show us who in Central to South Texas is currently in the best shape.
If the weather holds up and the course is in good shape, we should no doubt see some of the best performances in the state and possibly in the nation coming out of the San Antonio area event.
The course isn't the only variable in this -- the athletes involved will also have a hand in what goes on.
In the girls event, two of the best distance runners in Texas. Last year, Isabel Conde De Frankenberg from Cedar Park. and McKenzie Bailey from Georgetown were in the same district and we saw the stars compete about six times.
