The Performer of the Week polls are getting tougher and tougher to decide who the nominees are and just as difficult to vote for the most impressive performer.
Last week, a 50 feet triple jump, a 47 second 400m, and a 1:52 800m were just a few of the nominating performances. However, the win cam from Pearland Dawson's Omarion Ferguson and his 21.25 win in the 200m at the Victor Lopez Classic.
With the Texas Relays dominating a lot of the impressive performances this week, we can attribute a lot of that to the weather and the level of competition at the meet.
