This is the time of year when athletes and teams begin to peak. The point of things is to run your fastest, jump and vault your highest, and jump and throw your farthest.

The UIL district and area meets are the time for things to begin to take shape and it's honestly when you do well enough and earn the right to do it again or begin to think about next year.
