We have a 2024 cross country season podcast.
That is exciting in it's own right, but we are also in the beginning stages of discussing the 2023 cross country season.
While athletes and teams are beginning their mileage and some will be getting started next week at the latest, we will begin to drop in some articles, podcasts, and workout videos.
We will bring you conversation topics related to the SPC, TAPPS, and UIL cross country seasons. We will finalize things with our preseason all-state and metro/regional teams.
