High School Teams: Entry fees are $80 per boys and girls teams or $10 per individual if you do not have a complete team. If you enter a girls varsity team, a girls junior varsity team, and a team in the extras division, the total cost is still only $80 for the three girls teams. If you run in the boys and girls varsity divisions the cost is $160 total.

Junior High Teams: Entry fees are $40 per junior high boys and girls team. If you enter a girls and boys junior high team, then the total cost is $80.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING PAYMENTS TO THE MEET.

1. Team Limits: The meet is limited to 15 teams. You must email Coach May (jmay@lcisd.org) to reserve a spot for your team. If you have not received an email confirmation from Coach May, then you are not entered in the meet. All unconfirmed teams will not be allowed to run in scored divisions (JV or Varsity), they will have to run in the extras division.

2. Division Limits: The varsity and JV divisions will be limited to seven runners per school. The junior high and extra divisions entries are unlimited.

3. Entries: All athletes will be entered on-line via TxRunning.com. Coach May will send entry instructions to the 15 teams attending the meet. On-line registration closes at Monday, August 27th by 10pm.

4. No race day changes! All athletes must be entered into the timing software prior to the race beginning, therefore, no race day entries/changes will be allowed. If you have changes, please send them to Coach May before the meet.
