Yoe High School will host this years cross-country meet for boys and girls on Monday, Sept. 30th, 2013. All high school boys divisions will run 3 miles. All high school girls divisions will run 2 miles.
Date: Sept. 29th
Time: 3A and under Varsity Girls.8:30 AM
3A and under Varsity Boys9:00 AM
Junior Varsity Girls... 9:30 AM
Junior Varsity Boys . 10:00 AM
4A and 5A Varsity Girls 10:30AM
4A and 5A Varsity Boys11:00 AM
We will start the races about 20 to 30 minutes apart and try to finish the meet as soon as possible. The times are approximate.
Number of Runners: You may run 10 on varsity as many as you want on JV.
Awards: 1 thru 15 each division First place, 2nd place team
Anchor man award for the top # 5 man in the Varsity divisions.
Directions to Meet: If you are coming from the southeast on highway 36 (Brenham, College Station, Rockdale), turn right at 1st light (Fannin Street. Go to Stop sign and turn right (12th Street). Continue on 12th to the 4-way stop and turn left. (Jackson Street). At the end of the street turn right (21st street) and it will take you to the Cameron Country Club.
If you are coming from Waco on highway 77, turn left at the first flashing yellow light after entering the Cameron city limits (22nd Street). Continue on this street through a 4-way stop and past the schools on your left. This street turns into 21st street. Continue on 21st street until you see the Cameron Country Club on your right..
If you are coming from Temple on Hwy 36 turn left at 1st light (Travis Street, Hwy 77). At the blinking light turn right (12th street). At the 2nd stop sign turn left (Jackson Street). At the end of the street turn right (21st street). This will take you to the Cameron Country Club.
