We would like to invite you and your team to the 2015 Ivory Choppa Williams Relays to be
held on Saturday, April 4, 2015. We will have a Varsity Boys and Girls division. This will be a
Finals only meet with places determined by time. Cost will be $125.00 per team. Entries will be
posted at Directathletics.com. The top 3 individual and relay finishers will receive medals.
We will run the standard UIL list of events. The scratch meeting will start at 10:00am and field
events are scheduled to begin at 10:30am. The 3200 meter run will begin at 1:00, and all other
running events will begin following the finish of the field events.
Since we will be limiting this meet to 8-10 teams please return the entry card as soon as
possible. A concession stand will be available and will have a team meal plan available.
*Senior Night
We would like to recognize all Seniors from all participating schools along with their parents
at the Ivory Choppa Williams Relays. This will take place at the conclusion of the 3200 meter
run. The information will be collected in advance from each school.
