Meet Information
Dear Coach,
We would like to invite your track team to compete in the 34th Annual Earl Campbell/Emma Barrett Relays.
This years meet will take place on Saturday February 21, 2015 at John Tyler Athletic Complex.
We are very excited about this years meet after the tremendous success and feedback from last year.
This year we will have four divisions- Varsity Boys and Girls, Junior Varsity Boys and Girls
We again will provide championship trophies and plaques to relay winners in all divisions. Medals will also be
awarded to top three places in all events. We had great feedback on our medals being specially engraved with
event name and places. We will again be using our FAT system to ensure the accuracy of your athletes times.
Once again we are hoping the great Earl Campbell will be in attendance for this years event, just as he was last
year; this will be a great opportunity to meet a true legend, Pro Football Hall of Famer, and former John Tyler
Lion.
We expect a great turnout so please return your acceptance letter to us as soon as possible to ensure your team a
spot. We will be limiting the number of teams this year to make the meet run more efficiently. We look
forward to seeing you and your team in Tyler on February 21, 2015. We will send more information to you
shortly. Again, thank you for your consideration in attending our meet.
