COURSE: The course is a two loop course on trails around Lake Benbrook. Several challenging hills and great spectator visibility.
Rolling Schedule:
7:40 Middle school Girls/Boys* 2 M
8:10 Middle School Boys 2 M
8:40 JV Girls 2 M
9:10 Varsity Girls 2 M
9:40 Varsity Boys 5k
10:10 JV Boys 5K
7 runners per varsity team. You may enter up to two varsity squads in a race, however pricing is still $50 per team, not division. To reserve your team spot email Coby Bird and Register on Athletic.NetBefore Noon on Wednesday September 21ST. Trophies will be awarded to the top team in each division. Medals will be presented to the top 15 individuals in each race. 1 team $50 per team per division. Max is $200 per school.
Individual Runners $10 each. Please make checks out to SCS and put Cross Country in the memo line.
