Coaches,
I want to welcome you to the Inaugural Rick Pinson Invitational to be held at Life High School in Waxahachie, TX. We are very excited to be hosting this meet this year in our new track facility. The meet will be held on Saturday March 4th. We will start with 3200 at 9:00 AM and field events will begin at 9:30 AM.
We will have prelims and finals for field events only. The running events will be timed using our Lynx FAT timing system. I am not completely sure yet which entry software we will be using; I will get you that information as soon as I have it locked down. The entry fees will be $150 for varsity teams and $125 for JV teams for a total of $550 for all 4 divisions. We will award medals for 1st-3rd, ribbons for 4th-6th, plaques for Varsity relay winners, and champion and runner-up trophies for each division. We will also offer a meal plan available for your athletes for $6. Pre-orders would help us greatly, but we will honor the plan if they want to purchase it at the concession stand. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for coaches as well. Please include a count of your coaches on the entry form.
