TIME SCHEDULE:
8:15: 1A-4A JVG (3150 meters) Only 1A-4A teams and individuals will get awards
**8:30: 5A-6A JVG (4850 meters) All divisions will compete for awards
9:00: JVB (4850 meters) 1A-4A and 5A-6A run together, awards given separately
9:30: 1A-4A VG (3150 meters) Only 1A-4A teams and individuals will get awards
**9:45: 5A-6A VG (4850 meters) All divisions will compete for awards
10:15: VB (4850 meters) 1A-4A and 5A-6A run together, awards given separately
10:45: Presentation of individual medals and team awards.
**Race will start before previous race is complete.
All races chip-timed by Pro-Fit Services and results will include chip timed final
times and 1-mile splits.
Confirmation: Please email Ronald.boles@midwayisd.org to confirm entry into the meet.
ENTRY FEES:
$100 per team (varsity girls, JV girls, varsity boys, or JV boys), or $20 per individual.

AWARDS:
Will all be given at the awards presentation. (If you need to leave before the awards ceremony, you can
pick up your medals at the checkin table.
Top 20 5A-6A individuals and top 20 1A-4A individuals will receive medals in both JV and varsity
divisions.
Team awards this year will be 10 medals (instead of plaques) for the first place teams in each division.
Use a spreadsheet like the example table below for entries. (I will send one out or you can
make your own.) Attach it to an email and email it to ronald.boles@midwayisd.org no later
than noon Tuesday, September 5. Monday that week is Labor Day.

ENTRIES:
1. Limit of 10 in varsity races, but you can run and pay for more than one varsity team (just label them A, B, C).
2. Unlimited entries in JV races.
3. Girls can enter any race they wish regardless of division.
4. 1A-4A girls can run in the 3-mile races. and they can win individual medals.
5. 5A-6A girls can run in the 2-mile races BUT CANNOT WIN individual medals or team awards.
