2016 Georgetown River Run Invitational

You are invited to attend our annual Georgetown Cross Country Invitational. We hope the following information will answer any questions you might have. Please read carefully for meet information. Site: San Gabriel Park, Georgetown, Texas
Located at 1003 N. Austin Ave, behind the Recreation Center
Course: Flat and Fast (mostly grass and gravel)
Schedule: The meet will run on a rolling schedule. Times below are an estimate.
7:30am 5A-6A Girls 5K 10 runners max
8:00am 5A-6A Boys 5K 10 runners max
8:30am 1A-4A Girls 2 miles 10 runners max
9:00am 1A-4A Boys 5K 10 runners max
9:30am Jr. High Girls 2 miles unlimited
10:00am Jr. High Boys 2 miles unlimited
10:30am JV Girls 5K unlimited
11:00am JV Girls 2 miles unlimited
11:30 am JV Boys 5K unlimited
Entry Fees: The cost is $100.00 per team per division for high school teams; or $10.00 per individual. Middle School teams are $75.00 per team per division. If you want to score more than one team in a race, then you must enter them as a B or C group and pay the additional fee. Please mail in your payment or bring it to the meet.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 15 individuals in all divisions. Plaques awarded to Athletic Trainers, Concession Stand, and T-Shirts will be available at the meet.

For schools that are not able to register online, you need to send an email to Coach Richardson at richardsonk@georgetownisd.org. Include the following information with your email: School name, Coach, School Phone, Home/Cell#, Email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to register your athletes.
Entry Deadline: Online entries close on Monday, October 10th, 2015 at 11:59 PM. THERE
WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES/ADDITIONS MADE AFTER MONDAY
Timing: All divisions will be chip timed, including the middle schools.
Please fill out the information on the next page if you are planning to attend the meet, and mail it in or fax it, or email Coach Braun with your intention to attend and in what divisions you will most likely run. We may have to limit the number of teams attending due to increasing size of the meet and less room to run due to park construction projects. We look forward to seeing you on October 15th!!!!!!!
