Dear Coaches:
The track coaching staff at Fredericksburg High School would like to invite your girls and boys
track teams to compete in the 2018 AJ Loth Relays. The meet will be limited to 6-7 schools.
Reply by email to reserve your spot by filling out the confirmation form, then I will respond to
confirm your entry. We already have 4 verbal commits (Kerrville/Fredericksburg/Boerne
Geneva/Liberty Hill) so there are 2-3 spots open once official confirmation forms are received by
all.
The meet will be held on Saturday, February 24 th , 2018. We will begin the meet at 9:30am with
the field events and will follow them with the running event relays around 12:15pm. The meet
will have 4 divisions (Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys, Junior Varsity Girls, and Junior Varsity Boys).
Athletes will be limited to a total of 5 events, with a max of 3 running relay events.
The field events (HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, Shot Put, and Discus) will be 3 entries and 4 attempts in all
divisions by contestants. The top 3 finishers will receive custom medals in the field events.
The running events will be the Shuttle High Hurdle Relay (2x100/110H), Shuttle Intermediate
Hurdle Relay (2x200H), 4x100m Relay, 4x200m Relay, 4x400m Relay, 4x800m Relay, Sprint
Medley Relay (200,200,400,800), and the Distance Medley Relay (1200,400,800,1600). Max 2
relays per school in each division if desired. The 1 st and 2 nd place relay team for each division
will get medals
Entry fee is $450.00 per school (includes entries for all divisions).
Checks need to be made payable to Fredericksburg ISD.
Entry fees need to be sent directly to our Central Office prior to February 17 th , 2018.

We will be doing entries ONLINE at Athletic.net and using Hy-Teks Team Manager to form the
heats/lane assignments. Instructions and additional information will be sent out later to those
teams that have confirmed they will attend with the form below.
