Below you will find the information for the 2018 College Station Relays. If you have any questions please call or email

Entries: You will be emailed a link to submit entries through TrackMate. All entries are due by
Wednesday, March 7, at 6pm. Please have entries in at this time. No additions will be made
on race day, but scratch and scratch & replace will be allowed. We will allow non-scoring
runners to be entered in the 800m, 1600m, & 3200m, as long as it does not pose a safety
concern to athletes, and these athletes are identified ahead of time.
Entry Fee: $75 per gender (Boys & Girls combined would be $150)

Camps: Teams should set up camps along the fences inside the grass practice fields behind the home
stands. This area is also available for warmup purposes. In the event of wet fields, camps will
be moved to the visitor bleachers.
Food: A hospitality room will be made available for coaches, and a concession stand will be available
for coaches and athletes. No meal deal will be provided by the concession stand, but there are
several businesses in town who deliver to the stadium.
Schedule: 3:15pm Scratch Meeting (in west side meeting room of CSHS Fieldhouse)
4:00pm Field Events (will proceed in the order listed)
