CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL
The Stallion Stampede is back but renamed in honor of former North Mesquite
Cross Country and Track Coach Ben Robertson. Please join us in honoring a man
who was involved in these 2 sports for over 50 years.
DATE: Saturday, September 29, 2018
RACE SITE: Springfield Park Rowlett, Texas
PARKING: Buses may park at Dorsey Elementary or along Dexham Road. There is no parking
available inside the park.
COURSE: The course is flat but challenging. Both girls and boys courses will be run entirely on
grass. All divisions will run 5K.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: WEDNESDAY 9/26 AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT
CHECK-IN TIME: 7:30 AM
STARTING TIME: 8:30 AM
RACE SCHEDULE:
Varsity Boys: 8:30
Varsity Girls: 9:00
Junior Varsity Boys: 9:30
Junior Varsity Girls: 10:00
DISCLAIMER: If there are not enough teams some divisions may be combined. In case of
inclement weather some divisions will be combined.
AWARDS: First Place Team = ALL DIVISIONS
Runner-up Team = ALL DIVISIONS
Top 15 Individuals = ALL DIVISIONS
*NOTE* ALL INDIVIDUAL AWARDS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE FINISH LINE.
