Cross Country Invitational
Date: Friday, September 15 th , 2017
Location: Spring Creek Park, Tomball, Texas
Entry Deadline: Monday, September 11 th at 5:00 pm
Entry Fee/Limits: $50 per team entered (or $100 if you have Boys and Girls). Each School
must pay an entry fee.
Varsity division- limit of 10 runners per team
All other divisions- unlimited
Entry Fee is to be paid during packet pick-up on Friday afternoon or
mailed to:

Entry Procedure: Entry information will be e-mailed the week before the meet. Entries
are due Monday 9/11 @ 5:00 PM. Please direct entry questions to Greg

3:30 pm Coaches Meeting
3:40 pm Workers Meeting
4:00 pm Open 2 mi (Unlimited No Awards)
4:30 pm Boys 2 mi Fr (Unlimited)
4:55 pm Girls 3 mi JV (Unlimited)
5:30 pm Boys 3 mi JV (Unlimited)
6:00 pm Girls 3 mi Varsity (Limit 10)
6:30 pm Boys 3 mi Varsity (Limit 10)
Team Scoring: Team scores will be computed by totaling the top five runners finish
positions. The 6 th and 7 th runners will count as displacers. Runners 8 and
beyond will not be figured into the team scores but will be given official
times. Teams with less than five runners will not be totaled in the team
scores.
Packet Pick-Up: Packets may be picked up Friday afternoon starting at 3:00 pm. Packet
pick-up will be located in the white tents near the finish line.
Numbers/Chips: Numbers and pins can be found in each packet. Each number will be
assigned to a specific athlete. Please be sure that each athletes
number is visible on the front of their uniform.
Awards: Medals will be presented to the top 10 finishers of each division.
Plaques will be given to the winning team in each division. There are
no awards for the open division.
Results: Official results will be available online at tx.milesplit.com,
www.texastrack.com, and www.runhoustontiming.net following the
completion of the last race.
