Bandera High School would like to invite your school to the Bandera Bulldog Cross Country
Invitational, which is to be held at Bandera City Park.

Team Runner-Up Plaque (all divisions)
Individual Medals for top 25 (all divisions)
Location: Bandera City Park on South State Hwy 173 by the Medina River.
Packet Pick-Up: Beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Bandera City Park
Entry Fees: VARSITY: $125.00 per team (10 runners max) $15.00 for each individual
runner.
JR. VARSITY: $100.00 per team (**no max**) $15.00 per individual
runner.
JR HIGH: $100.00 per team (**no max**) $15.00 per individual runner.

Refunds will not be issued for meet cancellation due of acts of nature or no
shows by a team.

SINCE THE MEET IS CHIP TIMED, ENTRIES OF ALL RUNNERS IN ALL RACES
IN ALL DIVISIONS MUST BE MADE ONLINE THROUGH ATHLETEGUILD.COM.
Contact Coach Carter NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, AUGUST 30th, 2019 to confirm your
attendance.
Meet Results: All races will be chip timed with results will available online through
athleteguild.com.
Running Schedule: We will have a rolling schedule and will run the next race as soon as we
are able to.

Dressing Facilities: None
Parking: The City of Bandera will provide parking outside Bandera City Park for school
buses and vans, as well as all non-school vehicles.
Concession Stand: Drinks and Snacks will be available for purchase at a concession stand
sponsored by the Bandera High School Athletic Booster Club and/or the
Bandera Middle School Athletic
