Dear Coach,

We would like to invite you to the Oak Ridge Cross Country Invitational. This years meet will be a two-day event. The junior high competition will be held Friday, Sept. 6th and the high school competition Saturday, Sept. 7th, 2019. The meet will be run at Oak Ridge High School (27330 Oak Ridge School Rd., Conroe, TX 77385). We look forward to providing a quality meet for you and your team.

Divisions: Varsity Boys (5K) Unlimited Entries (but must declare top 10)

Varsity Girls (5K) Unlimited Entries (but must declare top 10)

J.V. Boys (5 K) Unlimited Entries (but must declare top 10)

J.V. Girls (2 Miles) Unlimited Entries (but must declare top 10)

9th Boys (2Miles) Unlimited Entries (but must declare top 10)

NO EXTRAS RACE THIS YEAR

8th grade boys and girls (2 Miles) Unlimited Entries

(All athlete will receive a Bib)

7th grade boys and girls (2 Miles) Unlimited Entries

(All athlete will receive a Bib)

Entry Fee: $100 for all Teams (Var., JV, 9th) or $200 for boys and girls

Jr. High is $75 for all Boys or all Girls or $150 for both boys and girls

Awards: Top 15 individuals in each division

Team Champion in each High school Division.

Entries: Register on Direct Athletics by noon on Wednesday, Sept. 4th, 2019.

Junior High Coaches enter all athletes for each division.

High School Coaches only register top 10 athletes in each division.

All athletes will be allowed to run, but only those with a bib number (top 10) will be eligible to score and medal. If you would like to run 2 teams you may do so as long as you pay a separate entry fee.

Athletic Trainers: We will provide water and a trainer will be on campus, but we will NOT have a Licensed Athletic Trainer solely dedicated to this meet.
