Below you will find information for the 15 th annual College Park Invitational. If you would like to attend the CP
Invite you must respond to wfairhurst@conroeisd.net to confirm spot in the meet. Please note that we will be
using Hy-Tek Meet Manager and that ALL entries must be entered using Direct Athletics
(http://www.directathletics.com) .
The deadline for entries: Thursday March 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
THERE WILL BE NO SCRATCH MEETING THIS YEAR. Please email your scratches no later then Noon
on Friday March 20 to mgibson@conroeisd.net THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES THE DAY OF THE MEET.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE TRACK ON Saturday March 21 ALL HEATS AND LANES WILL BE
COMPLETED.

Dressing Rooms None. Restrooms and concessions are located on the East side of the Track
Camps:
Athletes are not allowed inside the school building. An area in the west parking lot will be
designated for camps.
Rules: All UIL rules will be followed
Scoring Relays 20-16-12-8-4-2 Individual Events 10-8-6-4-2-1. (Throwers relay is non-scoring.
Results will be posted on the south side of the concession stand. We will be using Hy-Tek to
score the meet.
Runway and surfaces Concrete shot and discus - Urethane runways and track (1/4" spikes only)
Entries Each team may enter (3) individuals in each events and (1) relay team in each relay event.
You must enter you athletes on www.directathletics.com by Thursday March 29, 5:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: $150 per team (boy and girls' teams are separate) *Maximum of $300. This is a booster
club sponsored meet. Payment to The Running Cavaliers Booster Club *If you enter the
meet and no show your school will be charged. No refunds.
