Dear Coach,
We would like to invite you to the 3rd Annual Run the Dog Pound Invitational. We look forward to providing a quality meet for you and your team! It will be a fast course covered completely in grass. Please email confirmation if you plan to attend!

All races will be FAT for the expectation of the open division.

8th-grade girls and boys

7th-grade girls and boys

Entry Fee: High School - $125 per gender Middle School $75 per gender

Top 15 individuals in each division except for the open division.
Team Champion will be awarded a team plaque in the Varsity Division

9:15 - Open (2mi)
9:40/10:05 - 8G & B (2mi)
10:30/10:55 - 7G & B (2mi)
Athletic Trainers will be on site.
Kona Ice will be onsite as well
