Dear Coach,
We would like to invite your
cross country teams to our 17th Annual College Park Invitational
Cross Country Meet. The meet will be
held at College Park High School. 3701 College Park Dr, The Woodlands, TX
77384. The Junior High meet will be on
Friday evening, and the High School on Saturday. We will have t-shirts on sale
at the meet along with concessions for sale.
Depending on the number of
High School teams we have on Saturday will determine the amount of divisions
and runners per division we will have. Below is listed our anticipated schedule
but we may add more divisions if needed. Email wfairhurst@conroeisd.net to confirm your
attendance.
1. Directions: Exit from I-45 onto College Park Drive
(242) Just North of Woodlands, head west about mile, College Park High School
will be on your left.Turn left into
College Park High School.
2. 10 Runners allowed in Varsity Races,
3. 12 RunnersJV and
Freshman Divisions
4. Junior High and Open Race will be unlimited
5. All races will start on the practice field behind the
tennis courts and will finish on the track.
6. Please do not set up camps on the Football Field.
7. No one will be allowed inside College Park High
School.
Entries: This
year, we will be using TXMilesplit to do entries. This will allow us the
opportunity to produce complete results within minutes of the race
completion.In order to accomplish this we must have Every athlete entered in our computer before the meet. All HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH entries
will be done through www.txmilesplit.com by Tuesday September 8th at 11:59 p.m. Please Check
the direct athletics web site and look up the College Park Invite.
Entry Fee:There
will be an entry fee of $100.00 per team ($200 boys & girls). Junior High
Division $75.00 per team ($150 boys and girls) Please make checks out to the Lady Running Cavalier Booster Club.Entry Fees due the day of the meet!
