Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
We are looking forward to hosting the first annual Frio Friday Night Lights XC Meet on the campus of Sealy HS Aug 20th. This will be a night run with lights on the course. The boys will run a 4K and the girls will run a 1.5 miles. This meet will be limited to the first 20 teams.

Check in will be in the weight room. Teams can set up camp in the grass part of the softball field . Water will be provided at the finish line. We will have a trainer on site.
AwardsTeam:Team Champion plaque will be rewarded in each division.
Individual:Medals for top 20 runners in all divisions
Entry FeesVarsity:$75/team or $10/individual (less than 5)
Junior Varsity:$75/team or $10/individual (less than 5)
Maximum of $250 per school if entered in all divisions

Junior Varsity:Unlimited
Rosters Please submit your roster by email. The deadline for rosters is Monday, Aug 16, 2020. Please include the names of all possible runners; you will not be able to add individuals to your roster after the due date. Submit separate rosters for high school boys, high school girls.
