Spring Branch ISD Cross Country Invitational 2021

Date:  September 18^th-19^th, 2020

Time:  6:00pm September 18^th, 7:30 am September 19th

Place:  Nottingham Park - Houston, Tx.

Directions:  Coming From I-10:  1. Take I-10 to Dairy Ashford   2. Go south on Dairy Ashford  3. Turn left on Fern Road (in between Stratford and Tully)  4. Second Stop sign turn left

Meet Director:  Cheryl Etlinger

Parking:  Bus parking is on the perimeter of the park.

Friday, September 18th

  5:30 pm              COACHES MEETING

                               6:00 pm              Boys Varsity               5k                         10 runners

                               6:30 pm              Girls Varsity               5k                         10 runners

Saturday, September 19th

  7:00 am              COACHES MEETING

                               7:30 am              Boys Varsity               5 k                        10 runners

                               8:00 am              Girls Varsity               5 k                        10 runners

 *** Team entry numbers may change if the UIL raises the limit of runners per team

Entry:

1. Team Entry Limit:  16 schools (16 boys, 16 girls).
1. 8 teams will run on Friday night (Silver division), 8 teams on Saturday morning (Gold division)
2. Directions will be send to you approximately 8-10 days out from the meet.  If you have not received instructions by the September 10^th, contact Coach Siemers ASAP.  Coaches, do not show up at the meet without entering your athletes ahead of time.  If you have any changes, those can usually be made before the competitions begin.
2. Team entry confirmation / update letters will be sent out September 14^th.All TEAMS ENTERED INTO

                      THE MEET WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION BY THE 17^th.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION,

                      THEN YOUR TEAM IS NOT ENTERED.  Contact Coach Siemers immediately by phone.

1. Team registration will be done through MileSplit.

Awards:SILVER DIVISION- TEAM: 1^st place plaque. INDIVIDUAL:  1^st-15^th  medals (medals given in the finish chute)

GOLD DIVISION-  TEAM: 1^st place plaque. INDIVIDUAL:  1^st-15^th medals (medals given in the finish chute)

Entry Fee:        High School:  $60 per team ($120 boys/girls) if from the same school.
