Buses will be directed to drop their runners off in the North Lot. Buses will then be parked in the South (Teacher) Lot at DHS.

Course Description: Flat grass loops with some uneven terrain and shallow ditches.

Timing:***DoMore Race Services will be chip timing ALL divisions.***

Entry Fee: $50 for each High school team (JV Boys -$50, Varsity boys-$50, JV Girls-$50, Varsity Girls-$50, Open division is no extra charge) and $70 per middle school gender entered. ISDs with multiple middle schools will need to pay an additional flat fee of $50. Individuals will be $5 dollars each. IMPORTANT: If you need to enter a Varsity B team, that option is available. Please add $25 to your entry fee per gender. Please make checks payable to: Dayton Athletics

Entries: In an effort to trim down our meet size a little, entries are password protected. Please email me michael.asbill@daytonisd.net to confirm entry and I will send you the password. All entries should be submitted totx.milesplit.com by Tuesday, 9/13 at 5pm. To find the meet, search for 33rd Dayton Bronco Invitational. Please DO NOT send entries to me directly!

Kids Race: FREE. All finishers in the kids races will receive an award. The little brothers and sisters always have a great time with this. This race will not be timed.

Water will be provided for all athletes. T-Shirts will also be sold.

Meet Schedule:

7:00 Kids run registration/Check In and walk the course

7:30 PK-under 100m

7:35 K-3rd grade Kids run 800m approx.

7:40 4th -6th grade Kids run 800m approx.

7:50 Varsity Boys5000m (10 runner max)

8:15 Varsity Girls I 5000m (10 runner max)

8:45 Varsity Girls II2 miles (10 runner max)

9:10 JV Boys 5000m(unlimited)

9:40JV Girls 2 miles(unlimited)

10:00 HS Open Race 2 miles Boys and Girls - Top 10 boys/girls medals

10:20 JH Boys 2 miles (unlimited) Top 30 medals

10:45 JH Girls 2 miles (unlimited) Top 30 medals

***All starting times are approximate. After the first race, we will follow a rolling schedule.

Awards: -Team trophies for 1st and 2nd place in Varsity and 1st in JV

-Medals for the top 15 individuals in each division, unless otherwise noted.

-No team awards for Middle school - however, the race WILL be scored.

-Individual medals will be given as participants leave the finish chute. Team awards will be given as soon as the races are scored.
