Meet Guidelines: Timing will be done by a spider and each runner will receive a pop sickle stick at the finish with a number. Coaches will need to fill out the form with the school name and runners name. Coaches will need to tally up their scores and turn into the timing table. (Old School). Once all results are entered, I will email the results to the coaches.
Course: The course is on open pasture land two laps for the JH and Varsity Girls 3 Laps for the Boys.
Entry Fees: $75 per team; $15 per individual runner; $250 per school
Make checks payable to: Cross Roads ISD
Awards: You can enter an unlimited amount of runners in the JH division. Medals will be given to the top 10 finishers in each race and the first place team.
Parking: Buses should park in the parking lot located on the home side of the football stadium near HWY 3441.
Coaches Info: Please bring your own water for your team.
Spectators are asked to stay off of the course.
Facilities: Restrooms are located on the far end of the track.
Schedule: Course opens at 7:00 am
Varsity Girls: 8:30 am (2.0 miles)
Varsity Boys: 9:00 am (3.1 miles)
JH Girls: 4:00 pm (2.0 miles)
JH Boys: 4:30 pm (2.0 miles)
