Dear Coach,

We would like to invite your cross country teams to our 18^th Annual College Park Invitational

Cross Country Meet. The meet will be held at College Park High School. 3701 College Park Dr, The Woodlands, TX

77384.. We will have t-shirts on sale at the meet along with concessions for sale.

 Email mgibson@conroeisd.net to confirm your attendance.

1.      Directions: Exit from I-45 onto College Park Drive (242) Just North of Woodlands, head west about mile, College Park High School will be on your left.Turn left into College Park High School.

2.      Junior High and Open Race will be unlimited

3.      All races will start on the practice field behind the

tennis courts and will finish on the track.

4.      Please do not set up camps on the Football Field.

5.      No one will be allowed inside College Park High

School.

 Entries: This year, we will be using TXMilesplit to do entries. This will allow us the opportunity to produce complete results within minutes of the race completion. In order to accomplish this, we must have Every athlete entered in our computer before the meet. All  JUNIOR HIGH entries will be done through www.txmilesplit.com by Tuesday September 6th at 11:00 a.m. Please Check the txmilesplit calendar web site and look up the College Park Invite.

Entry Fee: Junior High Division $75.00 per team ($150 boys and girls) Please make checks out to

the Running Cavaliers Booster Club   Entry Fees due the day of the meet!

 Awards:1-15^th  Individuals (all races)  Team Awards: 1^st, 2^nd all  division. 

Please look for emails as the meet approaches for any updates, which may include starting boxes.

Please report to the starting line ten minutes before your race begins.
