Boys Varsity 5K: 8:45 am (limited to 10 entries per team)
Girls Varsity 5K: 9:15 am (limited to 10 entries per team)
Boys JV 5K: 9:45 am (unlimited entries per team)
Girls JV 5K: 10:15 am (unlimited entries per team)
Boys Middle School 2M: 10:50 am (unlimited entries w/ fee increases over 10)
Girls Middle School 2M: 11:15 am (unlimited entries w/ fee increases over 10)
We will have a Community/Kids 1-mile walk/run at 7:00 am followed by a Mens and Womens
Collegiate race before the high school and middle school events.
Location: 5610 Lake Ridge Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Texas, Lynn Creek Park.
Course description: This course hosted the 2020 DBU Orville Rogers XC Opener, as well as the UIL
Region II course pre-2018. The 8K course starts with a 1-mile loop, followed by
two 2-mile loops. The 5K course starts with a 1-mile loop, followed by a 2-mile
loop. The entire course is grass and has minimal elevation change.
Entries: Entry deadline is Tuesday, August 31st at 5PM. Team entries must be entered

through Direct Athletics at www.directathletics.com.
Varsity is limited to 10 runners per team.
JV is unlimited entries per team.
Middle School is unlimited entries per team, but a fee increase after 10 runners.
Entry Fees: High School is $125 per division, or $400 total if you are racing in all four

divisions ($25/division discount if entering all four divisions).
Middle School is $100 per gender, or $200 combined. After 10 entries per gender
it is $10/entry. For example, if you enter 12 middle school boys the fee would be
$120 ($100 for team + 2 x $10 = $120 total).
Individuals who would like to enter the race unattached must email Coach
Phillips at jacobp@dbu.edu prior to August 31st to get entry approval. Entry fee
is $25 per runner.

Awards: Team plaque to winning team and second place team.

Individual awards will be given to the top 10 finishers in each race.
There is no awards ceremony; awards will be given to the athletes as they exit the
finishing area; coaches may pick up team awards after results are posted.
