Meet Information
Dear SPC North xc coaches,
We are excited about the upcoming SPC North xc meet, scheduled for Friday, October 21, 2022. Hopefully your athletic directors informed you about a month ago about the meet and told you to save the date.
Greenhill and St. Mark's will be co-hosting the meet at Norbuck Park. We will have two races, starting with the girls at 9 am and the boys at 9:45 am. Since this will be a relatively small meet, schools are allowed unlimited entries. The course will likely be a two loop course, using the Greenhill 6 Mile Relay course loop and extending it to make a 5K distance. We will upload a race course map as race day nears. We will also be chip timing the race and all entries will be through this site, TXMilesplit.com. Entries close Tuesday, October 18th, at 11:59 pm.
In terms of cost, all North Zone schools (with the exception of Casady because of their travel costs) will be billed equally for all meet fees. We are asking Hockaday and ESD to supply 6 volunteers each to help as race course monitors.
