All participation entries to tx.milesplit are due no later than Friday, October 7th @ 11:59 pm.

All entries must be entered into tx.milesplit

  • Coaches may list ten (10) competitors in the Varsity division.  Seven (7) competitors must be declared the day of the meet.

  • All participants will be assigned a bib number.  Labels with athlete information will be placed on each bib. Runners are expected to wear the bib or they will not be scored.

  • Varsity participants will follow all UIL rules and regulations regarding jewelry, uniforms, head gear, and competitive conduct. The Cross Country plan is located on the UIL website.

  • Seniorsmay be allowed to run in the JV division but they may not score.  Seniors in this situation should be instructed to finish the race through the chute as other runners; results will reflect these seniors being dropped from the finisher places.

  • JV and Freshman participants will be allowed to wear varying styles of uniforms to occur within a school team; however, they must adhere to all other UIL regulations.  Unlimited sub varsity participants are allowed, but only one team of 5 runners will score for each school.

  • Random team boxes have been drawn for each school.  

  • We encourage runners to bring their own water, however, water cows will be provided.
