Meet Information
There are a few things we would like help from you and your staff.
- No camping on the infield. If its not your event, you should be seated in the visitors stands.
- Camps will be set up in visitors stands
- Please help us keep athletes off the infield if they are not warming up. Athletes are able to warm upon the practice field that is located outside the stadium and will be escorted to the infield one event before their race. Athletes will be ushered off the track after they compete
- Please ensure that you are aware of the parking instructions.
- Results and overall team standings will be announced over P.A.
- Medals will be given for places 1-3. Awards will also be given to each Team Champion for each division.
- Medals will be handed out at the end of the meet at the field house. Please pick them up!
- Please clean up your area at the end of the meet. Trash bags will be handed out.
Meet Event Schedule
2pm: Scratch/Coaches meeting in the Gym Foyer
2:30pm: START
3pm: (Running events) 3200m finals- JVG, JVB, VG, VB
3:30pm: Coaches and workers meal (12 tickets per school) in the TAC building
5pm or 30mins after field events- Running finals
Running order will be JVG,JVB, VG, VB
